No photocopier, computer, printer, nor mobile phone. No internet. Probably no telephone. What were the distractions?
Paper, pencil, ink, ink pen, ruler. Exquisite hand writing.
Concentration and discipline. Controlled, meticulous and thorough. Complicated, detailed, mathematical, technical.

Hand made, made with my hands. Working with weaving and intersecting old images, prints and papers. Making new work...mixing things together...thinking about formula and finding it difficult to stick to the formula... but enjoying it"
